Registration is offered online or at the Klein office located on the north side of Meyer Park beginning in July. We have computers at the office for you to use and plenty of help.
We will offer special Saturday registration on August 9th and 16th from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Select Team Registration Form
Every select team (Division I, II, and Super II) needs to turn one of these in. Fill it out completely including if you are trying to qualify for Division I or Super Blue. This form is due with your player forms. Field usage fees will be paid by each club $14,400 for a practice field. Independent teams owe $1,200 for a practice field for the year.
Division II or Super II Player Registration Form
Due June 20 for Super 2 and July 15 for Division 2. Every player must have a filled out form. Any new players to Klein turn in a birth certificate. The Division II fee is $85.00 per player due August 1. The registration fee for Super II teams is $60.00 per player to Klein. These teams also pay a fee to Super 2 to cover field usage and referees. All Super II games will be played at central playing sites.. Super II team forms and qualifications can be found at the http://www.edsuper2.com/
Sponsor Form
Coaches with a sponsor form and check get first choice in uniform color and practice field. In the fall season practice fields are scarce. If you want to assure a spot at Meyer Park, get your sponsor form turned in by the middle of August. Any questions contact Mitch Trotter
