Klein Soccer Club Expands to Burroughs Park

SPRING, TEXAS – June 25, 2013 – To meet the needs of the growing Spring Cypress community, Klein Soccer Club is pleased to announce that it has expanded to Burroughs Park. Starting with the upcoming fall season, families now have the option of signing up their child to play soccer at Meyer Park or Burroughs Park.

“We’re excited to give children the opportunity to play closer to home and with their neighborhood and school friends,” said Klein Soccer Club President Troy Brooks. “Tomball and Klein ISDs have experienced a lot of growth in the past few years, and we wanted to ensure that this fun, affordable sport was accessible to more families.”

Fall registration opened Thursday, June 20, 2013, and teams will be organized in late August. The first games kick off Saturday, September 14, 2013, and the season runs 10 weeks. Boys and girls ages 4 to 18 are eligible to play. Registration is $130 and includes a uniform.
