A player is entitled to a refund up until the first Wednesday after the first game of the season. Klein Soccer Club reserves the right to withhold up to $30 of the registration fee to cover the cost of administrative expenses incurred while registering the player.
Refund requests can be made in person at the Klein Soccer Club Office. Please bring the approved refund request form along with proper identification (no exceptions). Only a parent of the child requesting a refund can remove a child from his or her team, thus a parent signature is required along with proper identification. You can also email the form or fax it to 281-320-2302
Once a refund has been processed by Klein Soccer, it is sent through Affinity Sports. Please allow seven to 14 business days before checking your credit card statements. If you still do not see your refund on your statement after the appropriate waiting period, feel free to contact Affinity Sports at 1-800-874-0771 and they will be happy to assist you.
Refund requests made after the deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Klein Soccer Club Board to determine if a refund is warranted. If the refund request is declined, the registration fee is forfeited as a donation to our organization; for tax purposes, it is considered a charitable donation under Section 501.C.3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
